My life has been a little tough this week so I decided to write down the first 25 things that came to my mind that bring me joy. I needed to remember what makes me happy.
What brings you Joy? What makes you happy? Here is my list, there are lots more but these are the first that came to my mind.
- First and foremost is my family I love them so much
- Traveling – I love going anywhere and seeing new things
- My Senior Dogs and Cats
- The Ocean, I am an ocean girl and the ocean holds my soul
- The smell of salty air and the sound of waves
- Chocolate and anything chocolate
- Finding money in old coats, pants or places in the house that I forgot about it.
- Funny videos of animals
- Ruffles potato chips
- Watching Zac laugh at old sitcoms
- The morning sunrise
- Laying in bed and watching the Hallmark Channel
- McDonald’s Filet Fish and Fries with a big Diet Coke
- The way I feel after exercising
- A good glass of wine
- Waterfalls
- Quiet time in the morning with my furry kids
- Writing
- Scuba Diving
- Long walks
- Gardening and eating fresh food from the garden
- Surprises – I love being surprised with happy small things
- Zac’s face when we travel, he loves to go anywhere and just smiles
- Cleansing my house of things I don’t need
- When my kids are happy

Thank you for this. I do natural health coaching and have many stories of clients being drugged with a psychological diagnosis and totally dismissed. Very sad indeed. Bless you for having the loving heart to contribute all of this. There is great value from so many perspectives in what you have provided. I’m sure this will be the right information for many to get on a better path.
