Zac’s Best Banana Bread Ever!

Are you ready for some super easy banana bread that is absolutely delicious? Zac and I made some yesterday and wanted to share our recipe with you. This is Zac’s Best Banana Bread Ever!

This recipe makes 5 small loafs of bread or you can make 2 regular 9 X 5 Loafs .

We used a kitchen aid mixer and added all the ingredients together.

Preheat oven to 350 and grease either two 9 x 5 loaf pans or 5 small loaf pans.

List of ingredients:

  • 4 cups of flour – we used non-bleached white flour
  • 1 cup of softened butter – 2 sticks
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 5 large bananas – smash before adding to mixing bowl
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1.5 cups of packed light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten

Mix thoroughly, about 2 minutes with mixer but can also be stirred – we used a Kitchen Aid stand up mixer. After mixing, pour in greased loaf pans. Bake for 70 – 75 minutes for larger pans and about 60 minutes for small loafs. When done top should be firm to the touch and golden brown.

Slice and serve warm. Very Yummy.
